INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy consists of weekly sessions lasting 50 minutes. The length of treatment will depend on the conditions being addressed, the severity of the mental health conditions, the length the conditions have been affecting your life, and how quickly the conditions resolve. Complex traumas typically require long-term treatment. Single event traumas may resolve more quickly. Individual Therapy is an effective intervention that provides healing, growth, and peace.
